面向客户参与的“互联网+BIM家装”项目管理模式的探索 被引量:3

摘要 目前我国住宅装修市场较为混乱,二次装修给资源带来巨大浪费,扰民现象十分严重,并且装修质量也得不到有效的保证,传统的装饰装修项目管理模式显然已不能适应装饰市场的飞速发展。通过分析现阶段我国家装项目管理模式存在的弊端,提出在互联网家装的基础上,依托BIM的技术手段,搭建BIM平台,构建面向客户参与的"互联网+BIM家装"项目管理模式,并详细阐述其运作过程;针对装饰装修工程各阶段客户参与现状,提出一系列"互联网+BIM家装"项目管理模式下提高客户参与度的实现方式和措施,从而真正实现全装修住宅项目管理全过程的有效监督。 At present,China's residential decoration market is more chaotic. The traditional home decoration brought huge waste for resources. Noise problems is very serious and the quality of decoration cannot be effectively guaranteed. Therefore, the traditional management model for decoration projects is unable to match the rapid development of the decoration market. Based on BIM technology,this article establishes a "Internet+ BIM Home Decoration" project management model for customers' participation and elaborates the operation process on the basis of the Internet home decoration. In addition,with an consideration of customers' participation at all stages of decoration,a series of methods and measures aiming to improve customer's participation in the "Internet +BIM Home Decoration" management model are proposed, which can achieve the effective supervision in the whole process of residential decoration management.
