摘要 目前进行质量管理存在纵横向问题,即站在纵向角度,由于施工现场质量信息收集不全面,一方面不能很好指导现场工人具体施工,实施工序实时操作监控,另一方面在产生施工质量问题后,各参与方不能迅速形成统一解决方案;站在横向角度,没有从项目递归分解的角度出发,考虑组织与组织环境的关系、组织内部同层级与不同层级之间的平衡、目前质量管理与未来质量问题产生等。引入活性系统,构建基于BIM技术与AR技术的施工质量活性系统管理模型,将项目进行递归分解,从工序、分项工程、分部工程、单位工程角度进行更加全面、完善、系统的施工现场质量管理。 At present,there are some transverse longitudinal problems in the aspect of quality management. In the longitudinal dimension,problems include failing to guide the laborer on site properly. In the transverse dimension,problems include ignoring the relationship among organizations. In this paper,the active system is introduced to build the viable system model of construction quality based on BIM and AR. The project is recursive decomposition in order to manage the construction quality onsite in a comprehensive,complete and systematic way from the aspects of process,the sub project,the division of engineering and unite project.
