多排螺旋CT在胃癌TNM分期中的应用

Application of multidetector-CT in TNM staging of gastric cancer

目的 胃癌是目前我国发病率较高的恶性肿瘤.准确的治疗前TNM分期对于胃癌的治疗有着重要的指导意义.多排螺旋CT（MDCT）在胃癌治疗前TNM分期中有着重要的诊断价值.我们就胃癌治疗前TNM分期现状、MDCT在胃癌治疗前TNM分期诊断中的技术及应用现状、新技术展望方面做出综述,以期为临床治疗前准确分期提供参考依据.

Gastric cancer is a malignant tumor with high incidence in China.Accurate TNM staging before treatment is of importance in guiding the treatment of gastric cancer.Multidetector-CT（MDCT）plays an important role in the diagnosis of gastric cancer before TNM staging.This article reviews the status quo of TNM staging before gastric cancer treatment,the technique of MDCT in the diagnosis of TNM staging before gastric cancer treatment,and the prospect of new technology,in order to provide reference for accurate staging before the clinical treatment.
