摘要
目的 了解婴幼儿相关用品梭状芽孢杆菌污染情况,为建立婴儿人群及婴儿配方奶粉中重要梭状芽孢杆菌的协同分离方法,评估和分析婴儿膳食卫生状况提供科学依据.方法 以聊城市某县作为采样点,选取母乳喂养和混合喂养婴儿家庭,采集婴儿生活相关用品及婴幼儿大便样本进行厌氧菌培养,并进行菌株鉴定.结果 研究共采样257份,共检出112株菌株,检出率为43.58%(112/257).112株菌株中,拜氏/丁酸梭菌占26.79%(30株)、双酶梭菌21.43%(24株)、肉毒梭菌/生孢梭菌16.96%(19株).结论 聊城市婴儿食品、相关用品及环境中梭状芽孢杆菌污染率较高,菌株分布较广.建议建立婴幼儿膳食及环境暴露重要梭状芽孢杆菌对其健康影响的初步风险评估机制,为指导临床和预防控制提供依据.
Objective To understand the Clostridium pollution situation in infant related products,so as to provide a basis for establishing the isolation method of the important Clostridium from the infant population and infant formula,as well as evaluating and analyzing hygienic condition of infant dietary.Methods One county in Liaocheng City was selected as the sampling site,and families who raised infants with breast feeding and mixed feeding were enrolled.The samples of infant products and feces were collected for anaerobion cultivation to identify strains.Results There were 112 strains isolated out of 257 samples with the isolation rate of 43.58% (112/257).In these strains,Clostridium beijerinckii/Clostridium butyricum accounted for 26.79% (30/112),Clostridium bifermentans accounted for 21.43% (24/112),and Clostridium botulinum/Clostridium sporogenes accounted for 16.96%(19/112).Conclusions The pollution rate of Clostridium in infant food and products is high,and the strains have a wide distribution.It is suggested that a risk assessment should be established to investigate the important Clostridium from infant dietary and environment,in order to provide the basis information for guiding clinical and disease prevention and control.
