分析了相变材料的原理、种类、特点和相变建筑材料的制备工艺,对相变建筑材料在节能建筑中的典型应用进行分析。未来的相变建筑材料研究主要集中在新型复合材料及成型工艺方法研究,结合用户需要和建筑结构特点构建具备动态特性的储热管理系统。

The principle,types and characteristics of phase change materials and the preparation process of phase change building materials are analyzed. The typical applications of phase change building materials in energy saving buildings are also discussed. In the future,the research of phase change building materials is mainly focused on the research of new composite materials and forming process methods. Combined with users needs and structural characteristics of buildings,a thermal storage management system with dynamic characteristics is constructed.
