摘要 研究基于光学方法的SF_6分解产物检测技术,包括基于红外吸收的SF_6纯度检测、基于紫外荧光的SO_2检测及基于TDLAS(Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectrum)的H_2S,CO检测技术。进而研制"零排放"检测装置,进行标定、温度及流量补偿以及各类气体的检测等试验,结果发现SF_6纯度检测数据的精度在0.04%之内,H_2S和SO_2的检测精度在2%以内,CO的检测精度在1%以内,符合相关检测标准。所研制的设备具有检测精度高、响应时间短、安全环保等特点。 This paper studies optical decomposition product monitoring methods,including SF_6 purity detetction based on infrared absorption,SO_2 detcteion based on ultraviolet fluorescence and H_2S CO detetcion based on TDLAS. Then " zero-emission" detection device is designed for conducting experiments on calibration,temperature and flow compensation measuring. Finally,some test is carried out and the results show that SF_6 purity detection ranges within 0. 04%,wihile 2% for H_2S and SO_2 and 1% for CO. Device promoted can solve problems of traditional detetcion methods with advantages of high detction accuracy,fast resonding speed and environmental friendly.
