摘要
采用先进的环保型废钢加工工艺,开展设备的研发是减少废钢资源循环再利用中污染的重要方面;对各种废钢采用精细分类处理,从源头预防过程中产生的PCDD/Fs、二噁英等污染发生及扩散。对氧割工艺产生的大量污染烟气,合理设计与工艺匹配的移动式烟尘捕集装置及袋式除尘技术,可有效地控制烟尘扩散。做好环境保护设施和环境监测系统,完善污染防治措施,从根本上减少二次污染现象的发生,才能保证废钢资源循环利用的可持续发展。
Using the advanced environmental protection scrap processing technology to carry out research and development is the important aspect of reducing pollution of the equipment. All kinds of scraps are conducted the fine classification processing,to prevent the pollution and diffusion of PCDD/Fs and dioxin contamination produced from the beginning. For a large amount of pollution gas generated in acetylene cutting,it is reasonably designed the mobile dust catcher device and bag dust removal technology,suitable for the process,which can effectively control the smoke diffusion. Only doing a good job in environmental protection facilities and environment monitoring system,perfecting the measures to prevent and control pollution and radically reducing the secondary pollution,can the sustainable development of steel scrap recycling of resources be guaranteed.
