偏高岭土对水泥胶砂力学性能的影响 被引量:6

摘要 以抗压强度和抗折强度作为评价指标,研究了偏高岭土和水胶比对水泥胶砂力学性能的影响。结果表明:在水胶比相同的条件下,当偏高岭土掺入量分别为5%、10%、15%时,水泥胶砂3d和7d的抗压和抗折强度未发生显著变化,但28d的抗压和抗折强度均得到大幅度提高;在相同偏高岭土掺入量的条件下,随着水胶比的增大,水泥胶砂28d的抗压和抗折强度均呈现下降趋势,确定最优水胶比为0.3。 By using the flexural strength and compressive strength,the effects of metakaolin contents and water-binder ratio on the mechanical properties of cement mortar were evaluated in this study.The results showed that under the same water-binder ratio,with 5%,10%,and 15% metakaolin,3 dand 7 dcompressive strength and flexural strength of cement mortar did not significantly change,but the 28 dcompressive strength and flexural strength were greatly improved.Under the same amount of metakaolin,28 dcompressive strength and flexural strength of the cement mortar showed a decreasing trend with the increase of water-binder ratio.The optimum ratio of water to binder ratio was determined to be 0.3.
