俄制配电盘国产化改造

摘要 输煤系统就地配电盘为电器元件自95投产使用至今,为原俄罗斯产品,接触器、航空插头老化严重,经常发生航空插头接触不实造成过热烧坏现象,造成控制设备故障增加,制动器回路故障,一旦犁煤器发生故障导致犁煤器不能及时抬起,原煤仓满后向外溢煤,造成环境污染,皮带输送机制动器发生故障后将导致制动器抱死,电动机电流升高,严重时会烧毁电动机,不利于设备稳定运行,将犁煤器和制动器插件配电柜进行更换,更换新型配电柜,配电柜防护等级达到IP54的煤粉要求,保证设备安全稳定运行。 Coal handling system of local switchboard for electric components from 95 put into use so far, as theoriginal Russian products, contactor, air plug serious aging, often the occurrence of air plug contact is not realoverheating phenomenon caused by burn, control equipment failure increases, brake circuit fault, once the coal ploughfailure led to the coal plough cannot promptly raised, raw coal after full storehouse overflow coal, causing environmentalpollution, belt conveyor brake failure will cause the brake, the motor current increases, serious when can burn themotor, is not conducive to the stable operation of the equipment, the coal plough and brake plug-in power distributioncabinet replacement, the replacement of the new power distribution cabinet, power distribution cabinet protection gradereaches IP54 pulverized coal requirements and ensure the safe and stable operation of equipment.
