输煤系统就地配电盘为电器元件自95投产使用至今,为原俄罗斯产品,接触器、航空插头老化严重,经常发生航空插头接触不实造成过热烧坏现象,造成控制设备故障增加,制动器回路故障,一旦犁煤器发生故障导致犁煤器不能及时抬起,原煤仓满后向外溢煤,造成环境污染,皮带输送机制动器发生故障后将导致制动器抱死,电动机电流升高,严重时会烧毁电动机,不利于设备稳定运行,将犁煤器和制动器插件配电柜进行更换,更换新型配电柜,配电柜防护等级达到IP54的煤粉要求,保证设备安全稳定运行。
