探讨江涵暾《笔花医镜》临证特色,就江氏杂病从肾论治作一归纳,并从夜热盗汗、滋肾养血法,头痛耳鸣、滋阴补肾法,善健忘证、交通心肾法,咳嗽喘证、养阴清火法,大便干结、养阴保津法,小便不利、滋阴降火法,踡卧厥冷、温补命门法和尿血吐血、滋肾泻火法等八个方面加以探讨分析,揭示江涵暾氏精于医术,证治独特,论述简要,切合实用,对于临床颇有指导意义。

This paper discusses clinical features in JIANG Han-tun＇ s Bi Hua Yi Jing. JIANG＇ s kidney treatment on various diseases was concluded in analysis from eight views including nourishing kindey blood to insomnia with night sweat,supplementing kindey yin to headache and tinnitus,balancing kidney and heart to amnesia,decreasing pathogenic fire with yin nourishment to cough and asthma,conserving yin with body fluid to dry stools,reducing pathogenic fire with yin supplement to difficulty urinating,warming kidney fire to fatigue and feeling cold,excreting pathogenic fire with kidney nourishment to hematuria and haematemesis. It has shows that JIANG was excellent at traditional Chinese medicine. And it has attached guidance importance for his unique diagnosis treatment,brief explanation,realistic practices.
