耳穴按揉护理干预在超声引导下PICC置管患者疼痛中的应用

Effects of nursing intervention of auricular point kneading on pain of patients catheterized through ultrasound-guided PICC

目的 探讨耳部穴位按揉对超声引导下PICC置管过程中患者疼痛控制的效果,为临床患者寻求简单、安全的疼痛护理措施提供依据.方法 选取2016年6-12月在哈尔滨医科大学附属肿瘤医院拟化疗需行超声下置入PICC导管的患者196例为研究对象,随机分为对照组为93例,干预组为91例,对照组患者行常规护理,干预组在此基础上实施中医耳部穴位按揉干预,比较两组患者的血压、心率和疼痛评分.结果 在实施PICC置管过程中,接受耳部穴位按揉护理干预的PICC置管患者的血压、心率及各时间点疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 中医耳部穴位按揉护理可减轻患者PICC置管过程中的疼痛,稳定各项生理指标,值得临床应用推广.

Objective To explore the effect of auricular point kneading on pain control of patients during ultrasound-guided PICC, and to provide reference for seeking simple and safe pain nursing measures for clinical patients. Methods One hundred and ninety-six patients, to be treated with chemotherapy and catheterized through ultrasound-guided PICC from June to December 2016 in Harbin Medical University Cancer Hospital, were selected and randomly divided into control group with 93 cases, and intervention group with 91 cases. Patients in the control group received routine care, besides which, patients in the intervention group were intervened by auricular point kneading, a method in traditional Chinese medicine. Blood pressure, heart rate and pain scores were compared between patients in the two groups. Results During PICC catheter placement, blood pressure, heart rate and pain scores at different time points of patients who received nursing intervention of auricular point kneading were lower than those in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusions Nursing intervention of auricular point kneading, as a method in traditional Chinese medicine, can relieve the patients＇ pain during cathetering PICC and stabilize their physiological indicators, which makes it worth promoting in clinical application.
