摘要
目的 探讨双导师带教模式在护理临床教学中对护生思想素质及综合能力培养的影响.方法 将2015年7月14日—2016年4月24日在温州医科大学附属第二医院临床实习的136名全日制本科护生根据随机数字表法分为试验组(n=68)和对照组(n=68).对照组护生临床教学中采用岗位导师带教模式,试验组护生采用双导师带教模式.两组护生在每一病区实习期间均进行理论、操作考核,并采用统一的实习考核评价表进行综合评价.结果 试验组护生在理论成绩、操作成绩、综合评价、总评成绩的得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t值分别为27.52、14.82、13.89、14.95;P〈0.01).结论 双导师制带教模式应用于临床护理实习阶段有助于提高护生理论知识、操作技能,一定程度上巩固了护生的思想素质,提高了护生的观察能力、学习能力、适应能力、表达能力.
Objective To explore the influence of double tutor teaching model on nursing students'ideological quality and comprehensive ability cultivation in nursing clinical teaching. Methods From July 14th,2015 to April 24th,2016,a total of 136 full-time undergraduate nursing students in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University were randomly divided into experimental group (n=68) and control group (n=68) according to random number table method. Post tutor teaching mode was applied as clinical teaching method in the control group,while double tutor teaching mode was administered in the experimental group. Theory,nursing intervention had been tested in each ward during internship for both two groups as well as a unified practice examination form for comprehensive evaluation. Results Theoretical score,operation score,comprehensive evaluation,general scores of the experimental group students were higher than those of the control group (t=27.52,14.82,13.89,14.95;P〈0.01). Conclusions Application of double tutorial system teaching mode in clinical nursing practice is conductive to improve theoretical knowledge,operation skills,strengthen the ideological quality of nursing students as well as to elevate their ability of observation,learning,adaptation and communication.
