农村电子商务的消费者满意度分析及对策

摘要 近年来,随着我国农村地区基础设施建设的逐步展开,以及各大电商平台对农村地区的渗透,农村电商的发展迅速,消费者网购农产品变得越来越便利。对于仍处于起步发展阶段的农村电商而言,研究消费者网购农产品的过程中的满意度影响因素对于促进农村电商的发展有积极意义。文章对农村电子商务消费者满意度影响因素展开分析,并提出了相应的解决措施和发展策略。 In recent years, with the gradual commencement of infrastructure construction in China’s rural areas and the penetration of major e-commerce platforms into rural areas, the rapid development of rural e-commerce has made it more and more convenient for consumers to buy agricultural products online. For the rural e-commerce still in its initial stage of development, it is of great significance to study the influencing factors of the consumers’ satisfaction in the online shopping of agricultural products in order to promote the development of rural e-commerce. This paper analyzes the factors influencing consumers ’ satisfaction of rural ecommerce, and puts forward some corresponding solutions and development strategies.
