摘要
网络点评真实地反映了游客思想感受,是研究自驾游的重要资料来源。通过收集滁州游客外出自驾旅游归来后的点评资料,从中筛选相关重要点评信息,并对其进行归纳、分析、研究。从影响滁州市自驾游消费者行为的内在个人因素、外在因素二个方面,分析滁州市自驾游旅游体验感知以及游后满意度,并在此基础上提出发展自驾游的建议。
Network reviews,which reflect the true feelings of tourists,have become an important source of the research on self-driving tour.The paper screens the relevant important information from the review data made by Chuzhou tourists after their return of self-driving tour,and carries out the induction,analysis and research on them.It analyzes the tourists' experience and satisfaction of self-driving traveling in Chuzhou from the two aspects,tourists' internal personal factors and external factors,and therefore puts forward the suggestions on the development of self-driving tour.
