摘要
为实现患者的便捷就医,我院于2016年5月开通了微信服务平台,但实践中发现以下问题:初诊患者无法使用微信预约挂号;专家出诊的不确定性;老年患者挂号难;退费程序繁琐等。根据上述问题,认为微信预约挂号实施中,应通过安全稳定的预约挂号信息系统支持、规范医务人员出诊、加大宣传等措施来提高工作效率和医疗服务质量。
In May 2016, our hospital initiated a WeChat service platform to allow patients to make outpatient visit appointment online. However, the following problems were found in practice patients who had not visited our hospital before could not make appointment using the WeChat platform; the clinic hours of specialist physicians were uncertain; the elderly patients felt diffcult making an appointment via WeChat; and the refund process was complex. Therefore, efforts should be made to improve the effciency and quality of medical services by support of a safe and stable information system, and by standardizing the consultation schedule of doctors, and enhancing publicity and instructions on the application of this service platform.
