Design and implementation of electronic archives system of the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Taizhou

泰州市人力资源和社会保障局以"业务-档案一体化"为目标,尝试现代信息技术与档案管理工作融合,进行电子档案系统建设以及业务系统一体化改造。通过条形码技术,以及接口之间的数据传输,实现了业务系统和档案系统的无缝衔接,从业务经办、组卷、目录打印、移交、审核、扫描、挂接和上架,整个归档进程的节点流转实行流程化管理。最终实现了人社档案"全业务,全流程"的信息化管理。

The Taizhou Municipal Bureau of human resource and social security takes the integration of business and archive as the goal, and tries to integrate modern information technology and archive management, to build electronic archive system and integrated business system. The business system and archive system are seamlessly connected through bar code technology and the data transmission between interfaces. The business handling, assembling, catalog printing, transferring, examining, scanning, hanging to shelves, the entire archiving process is managed with workflow. And the "all business and whole process" informatization management of human resource and social security archive is realized.
