摘要
在高黏度原油环境下,三相分离器出口油含气率经常过高,造成系统运行不稳定。为此,从设备结构、操作液位和分离元件三方面对出油含气率进行试验分析,并对大港油田家10站三相分离器进行改造。结果表明,在三相分离器气入口端增设气体预脱装置,增加原油的分离停留时间及改变分离元件间隙可以很好地解决三相分离器出口油含气率过高的问题。
Under the condition of high viscosity crude oil,the air voids of oil in the three phase separator outlet is always too high, which leads to the instability of the system operation. Therefore, the air voids of the oil is experimented and studied from three aspects of equipment structure, operation liquid level and separation elements,and the three phase separator of Jia 10 Station in Dagang Oilfield is transformed.The results show that installing the degasser at the air-inlet end of the three phase separator, increasing the duration time of crude oil separation and changing the interval of separation elements can effectively solve the problem of too high air voids of the oil in the three phase separator outlet.
