摘要
为了解决二氧化碳注入施工设备组装费时费力、人工操作风险大和数据记录不准确等问题,利用工业组态平台原理设计了移动式二氧化碳注入控制系统,其具有集成度高、安全性高、自动化程度高、数据真实性强,及可远程操作等诸多优点。该系统已完成22口油井的二氧化碳注入任务,累计注入液态二氧化碳5 392 t,运行1 797 h,实现了二氧化碳的高效、安全、精确的注入。随着对注入工艺要求的提高,系统在操作智能化和设备灵活性两方面还需进一步改进。
In order to solve problems of the carbon dioxide injection construction equipment,such as time-consuming and energy-wasting assembly,risky manual operation and inaccurate data recording,the mobile carbon dioxide injection control system is designed by using the principle of industrial configuration platform.The system has many advantages such as high integration,high security,high degree of automation,high data authenticity,and remote operation.It has completed the carbon dioxide injection task of 22 wells, with a total liquid carbon dioxide injection of 5 392 tons, running for1 797 hours and achieving efficient,safe and accurate injection of carbon dioxide.With the improvement of the requirement for injection process, the intelligent operation and flexibility of the system need to be further improved.
