摘要
由于压缩机压缩比的限制,采用常规压缩机不能同时满足两种气源相同的出站压力要求。基于哈国巴佐伊压气站两种气源的压力变化大、输气量调整等特点,采用两段压缩处理,5台压缩机组串、并联运行模式的组合配置,实现了气源出站压力相同的要求,满足实际运行工况,对将来处理多种气源、压力差异大的压气站设计具有指导和借鉴意义。
Because of the compression ratio limitation of compressors, the conventional compressor cannot satisfy the requirement of the same discharge pressure from two gas sources.Based on characteristics of Bozoy Gas Compressor Station in Kazakhstan that the pressure change of two gas sources is big and the gas capacity needs to be adjusted, two-stage compression and the combined configuration of series-parallel operation mode of five compressors are adopted, which realize the requirement of the same discharge pressure from different gas sources and satisfy actual working conditions. It has a guidance and reference significance for the future design of gas compressor stations that need to deal with many gas resources and big differential pressure.
