摘要 从惯性导航系统的组成及工作原理、惯性导航系统与内检测器相结合的工作原理入手,分析得出了利用惯性导航系统进行埋地管道测量时影响埋地管道中心线测量精度的四个因素,包括传感器的选型及精度、传感器测量结果的融合算法、初始安装和日常操作。其中,前两种影响因素在确定惯性导航系统的选型和制造商后已经固定,属于不可变动影响因素,以达到亚米级精度的工程试验所用惯性导航系统的各项指标为参考,确定了用于埋地管道测量的惯性导航系统最佳选型和精度指标;后两种影响因素由于人工操作成分较多,属于可变动影响因素,需要严格按照标准规范进行操作,以提高埋地管道中心线的测量精度。 Based on the components and working principle of inertial navigation system(INS) and the working principle of combination of INS and the inner detector, four factors that influence the measurement accuracy of the pipeline center line when INS is used to measure buried pipelines are analyzed and obtained,including model selection and precision measurement of the sensor,fusion algorithm for measuring results of the sensor,initial installation and daily operation.Among them,the first two influence factors are invariable, being fixed after determining the model and manufacturer of INS. The best model and accuracy indicators of INS for measuring buried pipelines are confirmed by referring various indicators of INS for engineering test with sub-meter accuracy. The last two factors belong to variable factors, because they include more manual operation. In order to improve the measurement accuracy of the buried pipeline center line,they must be operated according to standards strictly.
