摘要
在原油处理过程中,由于原油含高矿化度采出水和腐蚀性气体,在一定的温度和压力下原油处理设备内部容易结垢,从而影响正常生产。利用Scale Chem软件对采出水的数据进行分析,以平衡电性、p H值、碱性不一致的情况。从HYSIS中抽取操作参数,对工艺流程中的主要结垢设备进行评估,并根据评估结果调整流程,降低结垢严重设备的风险程度。在流程调整中通过降低结垢设备的操作温度,提高分离器的操作压力,分散流程中的加热点,降低水中结垢离子浓度,来避免设备在生产中出现严重结垢情况,保证设备的使用寿命。流程调整后,主要设备的结垢程度大大减小,保障了原油生产安全有效进行。
During the treatment process of crude oil,because the crude oil contains high mineralization produced water and corrosive gases,scaling is easy to happen inside crude oil treatment equipments at certain temperature and pressure, which affects normal production. Scale Chem software is used to analyze the data of produced water and then to balance the inconsistency of electricity property, p H value and alkalinity. Operation parameters are extracted from HYSIS to evaluate main scaling equipments in process flow,and the flow should be adjusted according to the evaluation result,thus reducing the risk of serious scaling equipments. In the flow adjustment, through reducing the operation temperature of scaling equipments,increasing the operation pressure of the separator,heating points in the process are scattered and the scaling ion concentration in water is reduced,thus avoiding the serious scaling of equipments in production and ensuring the service life of equipments. After adjusting the flow, the scaling degree of main equipments is decreased greatly, thus ensuring the safe and effective production and operation of crude oil.
