摘要
过水路面是一种允许汛期水流从路面上流过的排水构造物,在油田地面建设中已得到广泛应用。过水路面的承载能力强,耐久性好,不易翻浆损坏,而且运营油耗低、经济性好。头台油田在多个产能区块低洼地区的油田井排路应用了过水路面。茂9、茂509、茂11区块采用高填路基过水路面,由于路基较高,可以保证道路纵坡平顺,车辆行驶舒适,路面结构受地下水影响相对较小,但整体造价偏高;茂401区块采用低填路基过水路面,由于路基填高较低,道路占地少、节约土方,道路投资较低。油田的实际应用表明,过水路面具有占地少、填方量小、不阻水淹地的特点,能够节约道路和征地投资,适用于外围低渗透油田的江滩、泄洪区以及征地费用高的农田的道路修建。
The overflow pavement is a kind of drainage structure allowing flood crossing the pavement in flood season,thus having been widely used in the surface construction of the oilfield.The overflow pavement has the characteristics of strong carrying capacity,good durability,no easy tendency to frost boiling and damage,low fuel consumption and good economical efficiency.It has been applied to the drainage roads of oil wells in low-lying areas of production blocks in Toutai Oilfield. Mao 9,Mao 509 and Mao 11 Block adopt the overflow pavement with high subgrade,which can ensure smooth longitudinal gradient and resultantly comfortable drive.The high-subgrade pavement structure is relatively less influenced by underground water,but is of high overall cost.Mao 401 Block adopts the overflow pavement with low subgrade, which takes less space and needs fewer earthworks and less investment. The actual application of the overflow pavement in the oilfield reveals that it needs less space, fewer earthworks and has no obstruction to submerged fields,and it can save the investment in roads and land acquisition.Therefore,it is applicable for the road construction in the river beach,flood-discharge area and farmland with high acquisition cost of low permeability oilfields in peripheral areas.
