摘要
目的:对比经腹与经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫肌瘤的临床价值。方法:选取2016年1月-2017年1月于本院接受超声检查的40例子宫肌瘤患者作为研究对象,分别经腹与经阴道彩色多普勒超声进行检查,比较两种诊断方法检查子宫肌瘤的检出情况。结果:经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查子宫肌瘤的检出率为95.0%,高于经腹彩色多普勒超声检查子宫肌瘤检出率的75.0%,比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查的诊断价值高于经腹彩色多普勒超声检查。
Objective： Compared the diagnostic value of uterine fibroids with the abdominal and vaginal color doppler ultrasound. Methods： Select the 40 patients with uterine fibroids treated with ultrasound January 2016 -January 2017 in our hospital as the research object, abdominal and transvaginal color doppler ultrasound check to compare two methods of diagnosis inspection detection of uterine fibroids. Results： The transvaginal color doppler ultrasound in uterine fibroids detection rate of 95.0%, higher than the abdominal color doppler ultrasound in uterine fibroids detection rate of 75.0%, compared with statistical difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： The diagnostic value of color doppler ultrasonography is higher than that of ultrasound.
