Vaginal Ultrasound Guided Uterine Fallopian Tube Acoustics in Tubal Obstruction

目的:探讨阴道超声引导下子宫输卵管声学造影在输卵管阻塞中的临床应用及价值。方法:选择2012年7月-2015年8月妇科门诊及住院部收治的86例输卵管阻塞患者,随机分为观察组(阴道超声引导下子宫输卵管声学造影组)与对照组(常规治疗组),各组43例,对比两组输卵管复通及妊娠情况。结果:观察组双侧输卵管通畅率明显高于对照组,且输卵管复通后妊娠率及宫内孕比例明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异存在显著统计学意义。结论:阴道超声引导下子宫输卵管声学造影术集诊断与治疗于一体,是一种理想的治疗方法值得推广。

Objective： To explore the clinical application and value of vaginal ultrasound guided uterine fallopian tube acoustic angiography in tubal obstruction. Methods： A total of 86 patients with tubal obstruction admitted to the gynecological clinic and inpatient department from July 2012 to August 2015 were randomly divided into observation group （vaginal ultrasound guided hysterosalpingography group） and control group （conventional treatment group） Each group of 43 cases, compared between the two groups of tubal rehabilitation and pregnancy. Results： The rate of bilateral tubal patency was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group, and the pregnancy rate and intrauterine pregnancy rate were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈0.05）. The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion： Vaginal ultrasound guided uterine fallopian tube acoustic angiography in the diagnosis and treatment in one, is an ideal method of treatment worthy of promotion.
