膝关节前交叉韧带斜矢状位MRI扫描方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:根据膝关节前交叉韧带的特点和MRI扫描方法的特性,对斜矢状位MRI扫描方法的价值进行分析和探讨,有效提升扫描的显示率。方法:选择2015年2月至2016年12月期间在我院接受治疗的72例膝关节前交叉韧带损伤患者参与研究,同时选择另外72例健康人员作为对照参考。对所有人员均采用斜矢状位扫描和垂直矢状面扫描,所有人员的扫描位均包括伸直位、屈曲位和微屈位。对扫描结果进行分析,查看膝关节前交叉韧带在MRI扫描下不同角度和不同位置的显示结果。结果:经过扫描显示,患有膝关节前交叉韧带损伤的患者在屈曲位斜矢状位MRI扫描中的显示率高达100%,相比垂直矢状面扫描及其他扫描位具有成像明显的优势。结论:膝关节前交叉韧带屈曲位斜矢状位MRI扫描效果最好,显示率较高,对于膝关节前交叉韧带损伤具有较高的诊断价值。 Objective: According to the characteristics of the ACL and MRI scanning method, the oblique sagittal MRI scanning method, the value analysis and discussion, effectively improve the display rate of scanning. Methods: In the study of patients with cruciate ligament injury of knee joint in 72 cases from February 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital before, at the same time also selected 72 healthy persons as control. All personnel using oblique sagittal scanning and vertical sagittal scanning, scanning all personnel are including extension, flexion and flexion. The micro analysis of the results of the scan, check the knee before the results showed cruciate ligament in MRI scan under different angles and positions. Results: After scanning, with anterior cruciate ligament injury in patients with flexion oblique sagittal MRI scanning of the display rate is as high as 100%, compared to the vertical sagittal scanning and other scanning with more obvious advantages. Conclusion: The anterior cruciate ligament of knee joint flexion oblique sagittal MRI scanning showed best effect, higher rate for a high diagnostic value of anterior cruciate ligament injury.
