前列腺术后病人排尿功能康复训练方案的构建

Construction of urinary function rehabilitation training program for postoperative patients with prostate surgery

[目的]构建前列腺术后病人排尿功能康复训练方案,为护理人员实施标准化康复措施提供参考依据。[方法]以循证护理为基础,通过病历回顾、问卷调查、文献回顾、质性访谈及德尔菲法专家咨询,确定前列腺术后病人排尿功能康复训练方案的具体内容。[结果]构建了一套包含6个维度、89个条目的前列腺术后病人排尿功能康复训练方案,专家权威系数>0.9,各条目变异系数<0.25,条目的重要性赋值均数为4.58分~5.00分。[结论]前列腺术后病人排尿功能康复训练方案包括6个维度、89个条目,经检验具有科学性和实用性。

Objective:To construct a urinary function rehabilitation training program for postoperative patients with prostate surgery,in order to provide the references for standard rehabilitation measures for nursing staff.Methods:Based on evidence-based nursing,the content of urinary function rehabilitation training program was constructed by medical records review,questionnaire survey,literature review,qualitative interviews and Delphi expert consultation.Results:The urinary function rehabilitation training program was constructed,including 6 dimensions and 89 items.Experts coefficient was greater than 0.9,the entries variation coefficient was less than 0.25,the importance assignment mean of the entry was 4.58~5.00.Conclusions:The rehabilitation training program for postoperative patients with prostate surgery included 6 dimensions and 89 items,and it was scientific and practical.
