摘要
提出一种含分布式电源配电网单相接地故障保护方法。首先,利用聚类算法刻画不同故障条件下故障历史数据的空间分布情况,通过欧氏距离算法分析采样数据与故障历史数据的相似性,利用其空间距离上的亲疏远近程度确定故障区段,然后结合保护代理间协调配合,准确定位故障线路。以10 k V含分布式电源配电网模型对该保护方法进行仿真,验证了其准确性与有效性。
This paper presented a protection scheme of single-phase earth fault for distribution network with distributed generators. Firstly, the cluster center of historical fault data was calculated to analyze the space distribution of fault data under different fault conditions by using clustering algorithm. The similarity measurement between the sample data and the historical fault data was analyzed by Euclidean distance method, which the space relative distance was calculated to judge the fault section. Then, the coordination strategy of relay agent was proposed to discriminate the faulty feeder. Finally, the proposed scheme was evaluated in a 10kV distribution network with distributed generations.
