摘要 引入全寿命周期理论,使用层次分析法构建电力工程技术、经济模糊评价体系,采用博弈论组合赋权法,对熵值法和乘积方根法分别得到的权重综合分析获得最优权重,提高了指标权重赋值的科学性、客观性,降低了评价的片面性,使评价结果更为精确。最后,以湖南省某智能电网输变电工程为实例,验证了论文技术经济评价体系的准确性。 The whole-life-cycle theory and Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to establish a technical and economic fuzzy evaluation system for Electric Power Engineering. The combination weighting of game theory was used to obtain the optimal weight by fusing the weights by entropy method and cholesky decomposition method. It could make the evaluation results more objective and scientific, and reduce the one-sidedness of evaluation, which could greatly improve the accuracy of the evaluation results. Finally, the technical and economic evaluation system was used in one power transmission and transformation project in Hunan Province, which verified the accuracy of the technical economic evaluation system.
