摘要
由于农村电网存在运行环境差、运行可靠性低及检修维护不便等问题,导致安装在380 V出线侧线路上的剩余电流动作保护器拒动或误动,易造成人身触电、火灾等安全事故。结合目前农村电网运行的实际情况,搭建农村电网380 V出线侧线路绝缘降低仿真模型,依据仿真分析,基于改进方均根值算法,提出剩余电流动作保护器的保护算法。仿真结果表明,改进后的保护算法能有效克服在农村电网绝缘降低时,因方均根值算法误差过大而造成剩余电流动作保护器不能可靠动作的弊端,提高了农村电网运行的安全可靠性。
Due to the poor operation environment, low operation reliability and poor maintenance state of the rural power system, the residual current device (RCD) of 380 V output line will refuse operation or mal-operation, which will cause the hidden danger of electric shock and fire. According to the actual operation condition of the rural power system, the simulation model of insulation reduction in 380 V output line was set up. Based on the simulation results, a protection algorithm of RCD by using improved RMS was put forward. Simulation results show that the improved algorithm can overcome the disadvantages of root mean square algorithm, thus the security and reliability of the rural power system is improved.
