摘要
随着继电保护就地化的推动,保护装置面临的电磁环境愈发恶劣,采样异常出现的概率越来越高,成为保护误动的主要原因之一,因此需要有针对性的提出解决方案,提高保护的可靠性。研究采样异常的原因和特征,提出一种基于正弦波特性的采样异常识别算法,并通过插值修复算法重新估算异常采样点的真实采样值,无需在识别异常后闭锁保护,可消除采样异常点对保护可靠性的影响。仿真分析和现场波形回放验证了算法的可行性和应用价值,能有效提高就地化继电保护的可靠性。
With the development of the intelligent substation construction and the application of on-site protective relay, the occurrence probability of sampling abnormal data becomes frequent, which needs the higher reliability of the on-site protective relay. According to the causes and characteristics of abnormal sampling, a novel method based on sine wave characteristic was proposed to distinguish the unusual sampling in this paper. Then actual sampling data was estimated by the linear interpolation method, so it was not necessary to lock the protection after distinguishing the abnormal sampling. The simulation analysis and experimental results showed that the method was effective to eliminate the influence of the sampling abnormal. It could improve the reliability of the on-site protective relay.
