摘要 随着油田的不断开发,注水能耗将急剧上升,因此研究注水系统节能技术是油田后期持续性发展的重要工作。通过对注水系统进行能平衡测试,评价系统的用能状况,找出造成系统效率低、能耗高的主要影响因素,分析其节能潜力。通过与注水系统实际运行情况相结合,总结提出提高注水泵机组运行效率,降低泵井压差过大及油压分布不均匀,优化注水工艺等几项节能措施,共计节电611.4×10~4k Wh,从而达到节能降耗的目的。 With the development of oilfield, the energy consumption of water injection rises sharply,so it is an important work to study the energy saving technology of water injection system. In this paper, the energy efficiency of the system is evaluated by balancing the water injection system, and the energy saving potential of the system can be found. By combining with the actual running situation of water injection system, several energy saving methods are put forward to improve the efficiency of the injection pump unit, reduce too large pressure differential of pump shaft and uneven distribution of oil pressure and optimize injection process. Total saving of electricity achieved 611.4×10~4 k Wh and the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption is achieved.
