摘要
根据日益严格的环保要求,各炼厂对氢气的需求量日益增加,氢气成本与富氢气浪费之间的矛盾充分暴露。富氢回收技术及项目的推广应用成为各石油炼厂节能减排的主要技术攻关方向。大连石化公司在富氢回收领域中,率先采用了膜分离与PSA工艺耦合的专利技术,经过3年的实际运行,基本实现了对氢气高纯度、高收率回收,高效益、高环保附加值运行的预期。通过实际运行经验,证明了膜分离与PSA耦合技术在石油石化炼厂富氢回收项目中应用的可行性。
According to the increasingly stringent environmental requirements, the refinery hydrogen demand is increasing, the contradiction between the cost of hydrogen and hydrogen rich gas waste fully exposed. Hydrogen rich recovery technology and the popularization and application of the project become the main technical research direction of energy saving and emission reduction in the oil refineries. In the field of hydrogen recovery, Dalian Petrochemical Co took the lead in adopting the patent technology of membrane separation and PSA process coupling. After 3 years of actual operation, it has basically realized the expected recovery of hydrogen with high purity(99.9% VOl), high yield recovery(92%), high benefit(200 million yuan/year), high added value of environmental protection(17000 Nm^3/h flue gas emission reduction). Through practical operation experience, the feasibility of membrane separation and PSA coupling technology in petroleum and petrochemical refinery hydrogen recovery project is proved.
