摘要
真空相变加热炉因为其运行安全可靠、热效率高、能耗低等特点广泛应用于我国各油田。备用相变加热炉在冬季越冬时采用传统的一段火(小火)烘炉方式在炉水维温过程中存在能源浪费大,启停炉次数多,设备磨损大等弊端。利用传热学原理的间壁传热理论,利用采暖回水进行连续伴热,采用管道泵使相变炉内炉水循环,防止炉水凝结,确保备用相变加热炉冬季平稳、安全、高效过冬,与传统的小火烘炉越冬方式相比,年节约费用88.5万元/台。
Vacuum phase change heating furnace is widely used in oil fields in China because of its safe and reliable operation, high thermal efficiency and low energy consumption. Spared phase change heating boiler adopts traditional(small) oven fire during winter, which has some defects such as high energy consumption, high start-stop frequency of furnace and large equipment wear and tear etc. By adopting heat transfer theory using the principle of heat transfer, heating backwater to maintain continuous heating and pipeline pump to make in-furnace water circulate to prevent boiler water condensation to ensure standby phase change heating furnace operates stably, safely and effectively. Comparing with the traditional small fire in the oven, annual cost saving can achieve 0.885 million RMB per device.
