摘要
随着胜坨油田开发形势的不断变化,原油产量逐年递减,联合站、接转站等地面集输系统随之度过了原油生产高峰期,系统运行逐渐偏离原设计时的经济运行状态,站内流程、工艺设备出现低负荷、低效率,能耗与成本不断上升的运行状况,影响着油田开发整体效益。近年来胜坨油田围绕地面设施建设年限长、设备能耗高等问题现状,探索实施了一系列老油田地面集输系统优化简化调整工艺方案,共计节约各类耗热和用电费用379.5万元/a,优化岗位用工26人,取得了显著效果。
With the changing situation of Shengtuo oilfield development, crude oil production decreased year by year. Crude oil production peak of ground gathering and transportation systems such as union station, transfer station etc. has passed. System operation gradually deviates from the economic operation state of the original design, process and equipment at the station shows lowload and low efficiency, energy consumption and continuously rising operation cost, which affects the overall efficiency of oilfield development. In recent years, for the long construction period and high energy consumption of equipment, Shengtuo oilfield explored a set of optimization and simplification strategies of ground gathering and transportation system in old oilfield, which annually saved cost by 3.795 million RMB of heat and power consumption and optimized job employment
