不同金融效率下FDI对于产业结构优化的影响——基于山东省17地市面板数据的实证研究

Impacts of FDI on the Optimization of Industrial Structure under Different Financial Efficiency——An Empirical Study Based on the Panel Data of 17 Prefecture-level Cities in Shandong Province

文章以山东省17地市为研究对象,依据其2006-2015年的数据,利用数据包络分析(DEA)的方法对于各地市的金融效率进行测度,并依据其综合效率大小进行效率排序,依据其均值进行分组。应用静态面板的固定回归方法对不同金融效率下FDI对于产业结构优化的影响差异性进行研究,最终得出:在金融发展效率低组,外商直接投资对于产业结构优化具有显著促进作用;而在金融发展效率高组,外商直接投资对于产业结构优化却没有表现出显著的促进作用。

This paper,taking 17 prefecture-level cities in Shandong province as the research object,applies the data envelop-ment analysis(DEA) to measure the financial efficiency of each city based on the data from 2006 to 2015. Moreover,the papersorts the cities by their comprehensive efficiency and groups them according to their mean. Then,the paper uses the fixed re-gression method of static panel to study the differences in impacts of FDI on the optimization of industrial structure under dif-ferent financial efficiency. Finally,the paper concludes that: In the low efficiency group of financial development,foreign di-rect investment plays a significant role in the optimization of industrial structure;Whereas,in the high efficiency group of fi-nancial development,foreign direct investment has no a remarkable promotion effect on the optimization of industrial structure.
