摘要
文章针对传统竞争战略理论的局限,以企业家为逻辑起点,通过企业家成功实践的案例研究,从百度创始人李彦宏的认知行为中提炼事业战略的概念与范畴,重新建构事业战略理论。研究提炼出了15个概念,归纳为5个核心范畴,可以将事业战略理论框架表述为:企业家由"企业使命"驱动,选择自己"热爱的事业",通过建构适宜的"盈利模式"达成企业使命,需要"内部环境与机制"的支撑保障,以及洞悉"外部环境与趋势"的顺势而为,简称MFPIE模型,对企业事业战略实践有较好的解释力。MFPIE模型是基于单案例研究提出的,未来还需要根据复制扩展逻辑,运用多案例研究加以验证和完善。
In order to eliminate the limitations of traditional competitive strategy,with entrepreneurs as the logic startingpoint,based on the case study of entrepreneurs successful practice,the paper refines business strategic concepts and catego-ries from Baidu founder Robin Li'cognitive behavior,and reconstructs business strategy theory. The research extracts 15 con-cepts and concludes them into 5 core categories,the theoretical framework of business strategy can be formulated as: entrepre-neurs driven by"corporate mission",choosing their own"favorite business",achieving corporate mission by building an ap-propriate"profit model",the need to support"the internal environment and mechanism",and understanding thoroughly andmaking changes along with the"external environment and external trend". In short,the MFPIE model,which can provide abetter explanation to corporate business strategic practice. The MFPIE model is proposed based on a single case study,it willneed to be verified and improved by many case studies according to replication and extension logic.
