摘要
为了验证180 t主被动联合式钻柱升沉补偿装置的补偿性能是否满足设计要求,研制了采用逆向试验方法的补偿功能试验台。该试验台针对180 t钻柱升沉补偿装置的结构和功能特点,并对比正向和逆向试验方案对试验设备的需求以及对补偿精度测量的影响设计而成。反向模拟钻柱升沉补偿装置的使用工况,实现了180 t钻柱升沉补偿装置的补偿功能试验。该试验方案具有能耗低、结构简单和易于操作的特点,同时可用于开展具有主动补偿功能的天车型和游车型钻柱升沉补偿系统的补偿功能试验研究。试验数据与结果可为钻柱升沉补偿装置的现场应用提供参考。
In order to verify whether the compensation performance of the 180 t main and passive combined drill string heave compensation device meets the design requirements, a compensation function test stand using re-verse test method was developed. The test stand was designed according to the 180 t drill string heave compensation device structure and functional characteristics. Comparison of the forward and reverse test program requirements for the test equipment and the impact on the measurement of compensation accuracy was also considered. The test stand could reversely simulate the working conditions of the drill string heave compensation device to realize the compensation function test of the 180 t drill string heave compensation device. The experimental scheme has the characteristics of low energy consumption, simple structure and easy operation. The test stand can also be used to carry out experimental research on the compensation function of the crown block compensation system and the trave- ling crown compensation system with active compensation. The test data and results can provide references for field application of drill string heave compensation device.
