摘要
流道型线水力性能的优化,主要内容包括流道型线、流道长宽高尺寸、出水流道隔墩位置、水泵导水形状高度、进水喇叭管高度、出水扩散管及导水锥等。本文利用CFD对江边枢纽轴流泵进行流场模拟计算,优化流道型线,提高水泵装置效率,实现泵站经济、合理、高效运行。
The flow channel mold line hydraulic performance optimization has the following main contents: flow channel mold line,flow channel length,width and height dimension,water discharge flow channel pier position,water pump water diversion shape height,water inlet horn pipe height,water discharge diffusion pipe and water guiding cone,etc. In the paper,CFD is used for flow field simulation calculation for Jiangbian hub axial flow pump,thereby optimizing flow channel mold line,improving water pump device efficiency,and realizing economic,rational and efficient operation of the pumping station.
