分化型甲状腺癌患者术后行^(131)I治疗的护理

Nursing management of the differentiated thyroid carcinoma patients receiving iodine-131 treatment after surgery

目的总结分化型甲状腺癌患者术后行^(131)I治疗的护理措施。方法选取分化型甲状腺癌根治术后患者83例,口服^(131)I治疗期间强化护理措施,严密观察患者病情变化和不良反应。结果经^(131)I治疗,所有患者均好转出院。治疗期间,7例发生颈部轻度水肿,2例呼吸不适,1例尿道炎,予以对症治疗后好转。结论治疗前做好相应检查和健康教育的准备,治疗后进行用药指导和生活指导,做好辐射防护,及时处理不良反应,有助于确保患者、周围人群及环境的安全。

Objective To investigate the nursing measures of the differentiated thyroid carcinoma( DTC) patients receiving iodine-131( ^(131)I) treatment after surgery. Methods Totally 83 patients after thyroidectomy for DTC were given ^(131)I treatment and enhanced nursing measures.During ^(131)I treatment,the patients' conditions and adverse reaction of therapy were observed carefully.Results All patients received an improved condition after completing the ^(131)I treatment and discharged from hospital. There were 7 cases of mild swelling in the neck,2 cases of respiratory irritation and 1 case of urethritis during treatment. Conclusion It is required to carry out corresponding examinations and health education before ^(131)I treatment,and to provide medication and living guidance,as well as radiation prevention and management for adverse reactions.
