骨科患者受压部位皮肤损伤的护理

Nursing management of injury induced by prolonged pressure on the skin in patients with orthopedic disease

目的总结骨科住院患者受压部位皮肤受损的护理措施。方法回顾性调查骨科收治149例受压部位皮肤异常受损患者的临床资料,总结护理要点,包括伤口护理、减压处理、规范体位摆放、专科护理和心理护理措施。结果 149例患者经过精心的治疗和护理,受压部位皮肤损伤痊愈114例,部分愈合27例,未愈合8例。结论骨科患者发生受压部位皮肤损伤较普遍,需采取个体化护理和健康宣教,以有效减少受压部位皮肤的二次受损,促进愈合。

Objective To summarize the nursing management of injury induced by prolonged pressure on the skin in patients with orthopedic disease. Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 149 orthopedic patients with community-acquired injury induced by prolonged pressure on the skin,and to summarize related nursing countermeasures. Results Of 149 patients with injury induced by prolonged pressure,144 cases with fully recovery of injured skin,27 cases with partially healed of injured skin,8 cases with unhealed wound required further treatment.Conclusion It is require to enhance the education on prevention of skin injure,and carry out individualized nursing care to reduce the risk of secondary injury of prolonged pressured skin.
