介入手术室护理安全隐患分析及管理对策

Risk analysis and safety management of nursing safety hazard in the intervention operating room

目的分析介入手术室护理及管理中存在的安全隐患,总结管理对策。方法对2014年度发生的16例(1.63‰)护理不良事件进行原因分析,总结潜在的护理安全危险因素,通过规范手术室管理标准,严格执行各项管理要求,积极采取各种改进措施提升软硬件,营造安全的护理工作状态。统计2015年度和2016年度手术室护理不良事件发生情况。结果 2015年手术室护理不良事件发生6例(0.50‰),2016年发生3例(0.19%),与2014年比较,护理不良事件发生率呈现出下降趋势。结论加强介入手术室护理安全隐患的预防及管理是保证介入手术安全顺利进行的关键。

Objective To analyze the potential nursing safety hazard in the intervention operating room and to provide corresponding management countermeasures. Methods To analyze the causes of 16 cases( 1. 63‰) of nursing adverse events occurred in 2014,and to summarize the potential nursing safety hazards. By standardizing operating room management standards and implementing various management requirements. Corresponding management countermeasures were performed to ensure to improve the hardware and software facilities,and to build a safe nursing work environment. Results The incidence of nursing adverse events in operating room dropped from 0. 5‰ in 2015 to 0. 19‰ in 2016. Conclusion Strengthening the prevention and management of nursing safety hazard is the key to ensure the safety of nursing in the intervention operation.
