提高新生儿科年轻护士静脉采血成功率的品管圈实践

Application of quality control circle activity in improving the success rate of venous blood collection for newborns among junior nurses

目的探讨品管圈活动提高新生儿科年轻护士静脉采血成功率的效果。方法成立品管圈,确立"提高静脉采血成功率"为活动主题,分析年轻护士静脉采血穿刺失败的原因,设立目标,并制定对策。结果品管圈活动,年轻护士静脉采血一次性穿刺成功率由63.30%(38/60)提高到81.70%(49/60),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动规范了新生儿静脉采血的操作流程,提高年轻护士静脉采血穿刺成功率。

Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle( QCC) in improving the success rate of venous blood collection for newborns among junior nurses. Methods To set up the QCC group and to identify the improvement of the success rate of venous blood collection as the activity theme. The reasons of failed to venous blood sampling of the junior nurses' were analyzed,and the corresponding intervention measures were taken. Result The successful rate of one-time puncture for junior nurses was increased from 63. 3%( 38/60) to 81. 7%( 49/60),with a significant difference. Conclusion The quality control circle activity standardizes the operation process of neonatal venous blood collection,improves the puncture success rate of young nurses' venous blood collection,and significantly improves the quality of nursing.
