微信平台在小儿心内科临床护理带教中的应用

Application of WeChat platform in clinical nursing teaching in pediatric cardiology department

目的探讨微信平台在小儿心内科临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法建立小儿心内科护士微信订阅号和微信群,在微信平台上对32名护士开展形式多样的培训活动,在培训开展一定阶段后对培训方法、培训效果通过问卷调查、考试等方式进行评价。结果 93.75%的护士接受并希望微信培训模式继续施行;培训后,护士理论、操作考核成绩均较培训前提升(P<0.01)。结论借助微信平台进行护士培训,可提升培训效果,体现科技与护理教学的有效结合。

Objective To investigate the application of WeChat platform in the clinical nursing teaching in pediatric cardiology department. Methods To establish the WeChat platform and WeChat subscription ID focusing on the pediatric cardiology. Various forms of training activities were carried out to 32 nurses from pediatric cardiology department. The questionnaire based survey was conducted to evaluate the training methods. The assessment of theory knowledge and practical skills were carried out after training. Results Thirty( 93. 75%) nurses accepted and wished that WeChat platform supported training mode could be continued. There was an increased assessment score of theory knowledge and practical skills in nurses after training( P < 0. 01).Conclusion The application of WeChat platform could improve the clinical nursing teaching efficacy.It is a combination of information technology and nursing teaching.
