摘要
卵巢过度刺激综合征(OHSS)为体外受孕辅助生育的主要并发症之一。本文总结1例体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)术后所致卵巢过度刺激综合征患者的中医护理措施。中医护理干预内容包括用药护理、中医护理技术应用、饮食调护、情志护理、生活起居护理,对确保疾病治疗效果,促进康复具有积极意义。
The ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome( OHSS) is one of the major complications of in vitro fertilization as the assist reproductive technique. This paper summarized the nursing management based on traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) for 1 case of OHSS caused by in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer( IVF-ET). The TCM nursing interventions included medication nursing,diet nursing,TCM nursing techniques,psychological care,and daily life care. The application of TCM nursing can ensure the therapeutic effect and improve the rehabilitation of the patient.
