Review on nursing management of postoperative complications after permanent pacemaker implantation

永久性心脏起搏器在治疗缓慢性心律失常等疾病中发挥着重要的作用,但植入术后相关并发症如术后感染、囊袋血肿等会对患者的生活质量产生影响。早期准确的识别出相关并发症并加以处理,可有效改善患者预后,提高生活质量。本文就现阶段永久性起搏器术后并发症及护理做一综述,以期为临床护理实践提供参考。

The permanent pacemaker implantation plays an important role in treatment of slow cardiac arrhythmia,however,its postoperative complication such as infection and pocket hematoma may cause negative impacts on patients' quality of life. The early identification of postoperative complication and corresponding nursing measures are highly recommend,in order to improve the prognosis of disease. This paper reviewed the study on nursing management of postoperative complications after permanent pacemaker implantation,and provided reference for cardiac nursing practice.
