永久性结肠造口患者早期造口压力与社会支持、自我护理能力的相关性研究

Correlation Analysis of the Early-time Stress,Social Support and Self-care Agency in Patients with Permanent Colostomy

目的探讨永久性结肠造口患者早期造口压力、社会支持与自我护理能力的关系。方法便利抽样选择北京大学深圳医院的永久性结肠造口患者156例,采用一般情况调查表、结肠造口患者压力量表、社会支持评定量表和自我护理能力评定量表对其进行调查,并采用相关分析、多元线性回归对结果进行分析。结果 156例永久性结肠造口患者的早期造口压力总分、社会支持总分和自我护理能力总分分别为(85.84±18.55)分、(34.55±12.25)分和(85.11±21.27)分。造口压力总分与社会支持总分和自我护理能力总分呈负相关;社会支持总分与自我护理能力总分呈正相关(均P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、月收入水平、客观支持、对支持的利用度、自我护理技能和自我责任感等6个因素进入因变量造口压力总分的回归模型。结论永久性结肠造口患者的早期造口压力、社会支持与自我护理能力之间具有一定的相关性。提高社会支持力度,增强自我护理能力,有助于缓解结肠造口患者的早期造口压力。

Objective To investigate the association of early-time stress,social support and self-care agency of patients with permanent colostomy.Methods By convenience sampling,156 patients with permanent colostomy were selected and surveyed by using general scale,stress scale,social support rating scale(SSRS)and exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA).The statistical methods of Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to analyze the results.Results Among the 156 permanent colostomy patients,the total scores of early-time colostomy stress,SSRS and ESCA were(85.84±18.55),(34.55±12.25)and(85.11±21.27),respectively.The early-time stress was negatively correlated with social support and self-care agency,while social support was positively associated with self-care agency(all P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that,age,monthly income,objective support,the utilization level of support,self-care skills and self-responsibility were the influencing factors of early-time stress.Conclusion There are significant associations between early-time stress,social support and self-care agency among colostomy patients.The improvement of social support and the enhancement of self-care agency help to decrease the early-time stress of permanent colostomy patients.
