摘要
目的探索性研究社区护士工作压力结构。方法采用分层抽样方法,抽取四川省的498名社区护士使用社区护士压力源量表对其进行测查。通过探索性因子分析、内部一致性分析进行量表结构探索和信度检验。结果通过8轮的探索性因子分析,删除8个条目,保留32个条目,提取公因子5个,分别为工作负荷因素、组织人际关系因素、护患关系因素、职业发展因素、专业能力因素;公因子的累积方差解释率为63.81%,各条目在公因子的载荷范围为0.438~0.802;量表总体及各维度的Cronbach’sα值分别为0.954、0.912、0.908、0.892、0.833、0.808。结论通过8轮探索性因子分析确定社区护士工作压力结构为5个维度、32个条目,具有较好的结构效度、内部一致性,可以测量社区护士的压力。
Objective To explore the job stress structure of community nurses.Methods By using stratified sampling method,498 nurses were selected and investigated by community nurse stress scale(CNSS).The exploratory factor analysis and internal consistency analysis were employed to test the structure and reliability.Results Through 8 times of exploratory factor analysis,8 items were deleted and 32 items were reserved.We extracted 5 factors which were workload,organizational interpersonal relationship,nurse-patient relationship,career development and professional ability.The cumulative variance explanation rate of these 5 factors was 63.81%,and each item's loading value ranged from 0.438 to 0.802.The Cronbach'sαcoefficients of the overall scale and 5 factors were 0.954,0.912,0.908,0.892,0.833,0.808,respectively.Conclusion The 5 dimensions and 32-item of CNSS scale for nurses based on 8 times of exploratory factor analysis has good construct validity and internal consistency,which can evaluate the community nurses' stress.
