台湾地区沟通辅具服务探析与启示

Analysis and Enlightenment of Communication Aids Service in Taiwan

沟通障碍影响儿童接受教育、融入社会,提供适配的沟通辅具能够改善沟通障碍儿童的沟通能力。当前,我国大陆地区沟通辅具的发展处于起步阶段,沟通辅具的制度、种类、服务体系正在建立。20世纪末,台湾地区开始辅助沟通系统的推广,在沟通辅具的立法、研发和服务体系建立上积累了一定经验,可供参考和借鉴。

Communication disorders affect children's access to education and integrate into society.Providing adaptive communication aids can improve communication skills for children with barriers to communication. At present, the development of communication aids in China's Mainland is in the initial stage.However, the system, type and service system of communication aids have not yet been formed. At the end of the 20 th century, Taiwan began to promote the communication system and have accumulated some experience for reference in the legislation, research and development and service system establishment of communication aids.
