区县农产品质量安全监管体系问题研究——以重庆市荣昌区为例

Problems and Countermeasures of Agricultural Products Quality and Safety Supervision System in Counties——Taking Rongchang District of Chongqing as an Example

建立农产品质量安全监管体系是实现人民美好生活愿望的有力保障。但监管体系运行效率低下、成本费用高、效果不佳等问题致使食品安全问题时有发生。该文将分析荣昌区农产品质量安全监管体中存在的问题,以创建国家农产品质量安全区和打造区域公用农产品品牌为抓手,因地制宜,完善区县农产品质量安全监管体系。

The supervision system of the quality and safety of agricultural products is the concrete measure of thespirit of the No. 1 document of the Central Committee and a powerful guarantee for the realization of the people's de-sire for a better life. However,the problems of low efficiency,high cost and poor effect of the regulatory system havecaused the food safety problems to occur. This paper analyzed the problems existing in the quality and safety supervi-sion system of agricultural products in our region,and took the establishment of the national agricultural productquality safety area and the regional public agricultural product brand as the starting point,so as to improve the quali-ty and safety supervision system of the agricultural products according to local conditions.
