摘要
该研究以番茄为试验材料,以2种不同的发酵方式所得菇渣基质和珍珠岩、蛭石为原料,按照不同体积比的复配(5∶1∶4、5∶1.5∶3.5、5∶2∶3)与对照草炭基质共7个处理进行番茄的育苗试验,测定苗期的生长生理指标,运用灰色关联分析筛选出最佳配比基质。结果表明:菇渣配比基质的物理性状在理想基质范围内,香菇渣发酵基质出苗率前期不如对照,但是后期逐渐与草炭基质持平且超过对照。发酵基质幼苗氮含量明显高于对照基质,对16个指标关联分析结果为:7种处理基质关联度为r K1>r CK>r K1.5>r K2>r D1>r D1.5>r D2,最优处理为K1(菇渣∶珍珠岩∶蛭石=5∶1∶4)。
Taking tomato as test material,the mushroom residue and perlite and vermiculite were obtained from twodifferent fermentation methods,according to the different ratio(5∶1∶4,5∶1.5∶3.5,5∶2∶3)and CK peat carry out toma-to seedling test,seedling growth and physiological indexes were measured,using grey relational analysis to screeningthe optimal ratio matrix. The results showed that:physical properties of the mushroom residue ratio substrate withinthe ideal matrix,the fermentation of the mushroom residue was not as good as the comparison,but gradually higherthan the control later.The nitrogen content of the fermentation substrate was significantly higher than the control ma-trix,The results of correlation analysis of 16 indexes shows that:the correlation of 7 kinds of substrate is r K1 >r CK > rK 1.5 > rK 2 > rD 1 > r D1.5 > r D2. The optimal treatment is K1(the mushroom residue:perlite:vermicu-lite=5∶1∶4).
